Cin City Nails is the home-based nail art studio of Cindy Chang, a self-taught nail artist who turned one room of her Kembangan terrace house into a dedicated salon space.
After leaving her branding and marketing career, Cindy pursued her passion for nails full-time, training at Pink Room Academy and earning a diploma in Nail Technology. She specialises in intricate, hand-painted designs that go beyond the basics.
What sets Cin City apart is Cindy's attention to detail. From delicate floral art to elaborate bridal designs, every set is a small work of art created in her cosy home studio in East Singapore.

Your wedding nails deserve to be as special as the day itself. Cindy works closely with brides to create custom nail art that complements your gown, bouquet and theme.
The bridal package includes a trial session (usually 2-4 weeks before the wedding) and the actual day manicure. Popular styles include French tips with lace details, soft floral art, pearl and crystal embellishments, and elegant ombre designs.
